DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Our magnificent courier pigeons aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of orders placed from Monday to Friday. All deliveries require a signature so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).
In the UK we use Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service. Deliveries generally reach their destinations in between 1-3 working days. We also deliver worldwide using ‘International Signed For’ post, postal time will vary depending on destination but is typically 3-5 working days in Europe, 3-7 working days Internationally.
Items being sold online should be available in stock, but should an item have just sold out, we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the delivery time.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you.
We hope you will love your Elkin jewels! But if for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery address and return your item undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days for a complete refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of earrings.
Damaged / faulty items returned for exchange or refund must be received before replacement items or refunds are issued. We cannot refund postage and packaging for exchanges.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For items with a value up to £46 it is acceptable to return them via Royal Mail First or Second class post, but we request that a proof of delivery is obtained from the Post Office in the event that the item is lost. Proof of delivery can be requested at no extra cost. Products valued over this amount should be sent Special Delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for return, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number. There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping.
If you are refunded, Elkin will refund your payment via credit, debit or banking card. Under no circumstances will Elkin offer refunds in cash.
Elkin London returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
